Life's a Waterfall - At My Pond

What a way to end the day, especially if it has been a stressful one. All of life's worries and stresses can be eased by one simple thing when you sit by your pond.
Waterfalls are just amazing things. The flow of the water can mesmerize you into gentle, pleasing thoughts that can be full of inspiration. The noise of the rushing water can encase you in serenity and tranquility. They truly are a part of a pond that can bring much joy visually and emotionally.
Now, that might sound a bit over the top, but it really isn't. There are plenty of people that incorporate or add a waterfall to their ponds and like what they have created, they like to here the rushing water and take in the visual impact as they go about their business in the garden or while they are relaxing with family and friends in the garden and having a few drinks.

They wouldn't be without it.
But there are few that take in the truly magical essence of a waterfall and how it can relax and de-stress us, almost like meditation. The fish love them to, they help aerate the water and give fish the oxygen they need to survive.
If you are going to build a pond for your garden, then make sure you incorporate a waterfall into it and if you already have a pond and don't have one then why not add one. But most of all if you have a pond that has one then use its magical wonder as a healing process for your body and soul, you will be amazed at what they can do for you.
Fountains can have a similar effect, although waterfalls are my favorite de-stress tool.

Check out everything regarding ponds at my site PondGarden.Net. There is plenty of information, from where to start when you are going to build a pond to how to maintain it once it is established. There are also plenty of cool pond accessories like foggers and lights.
