In order to learn how to do a 360 on a snowboard you need to have backside, frontside and cab 180's mastered. You also have to be able to ride switch. Warning: Trying this trick without basic these skills down could cause you to get hurt.
1. Ride up the base of the hit and wind up in the opposite direction that you want to spin.
2. At the top of the lip, pop off and spin by unwinding your shoulders and hips. Drive your hips through the spin. Your shoulders will follow your knees simultaneously.
3. Bring your knees up to your body and look in the direction that you want to spin.
4. Open up your body to slow down your spin and put your legs down to land.
5. Stomp the landing and ride away like you stole something.
An important step in learning how to snowboarding tricks is practice. Practice on flat ground with your board off at first and then with your board on. Progress to doing backside and frontside spins off small jumps that don't have hard landings. Build your confidence step by step. Trying to go too big, too fast and too soon can have a real negative effect on your mental game.
